It's all pretty simple. We do what we say we're going to do and treat people the way we want to be treated. That means we stock what our customers need, keep our greenhouses buyer-ready, and oftentimes can deliver orders that come as late as noon on the same day.

That same philosophy extends to our employees. We reward their extra efforts, encourage them to build relationships with our customers, and even let them maintain their individuality by selecting their own color and style of Vickery-logoed shirt.
